Iprovalicarb blocks the formation of the cell wall in oomycete pathogens and moves translaminarly, with limited systemic action, so it is distributed evenly through the treated plant. Propineb is a multi-site contact fungicide that inhibits spore germination. Together they stop spore formation, shield healthy tissue before infection and knock back disease that has already taken hold.
